Business Skills:
Dimensions of Leadership
Collapsing
organizational hierarchies and increasing workforce diversity has
dramatically altered our understanding of leadership. Leadership
is no longer seen as one defining role atop the business pyramid.
Today, leaders come in many varieties, from charismatic visionaries
to quiet team players. In this workshop participants explore leadership
from one of three points of view: self as leader, another person
as leader, or the need for leadership in a particular situation.
Participants also assess their leadership from four broad aspects:
Character, Analysis, Accomplishments and Interaction.
Dimensions
of Leadership helps employees gain insight into their personal
leadership characteristics and recognize the value in shared leadership.
