Non-profit agencies play a significant role in the success of corporate community service programs. BEI understands this because of our work with both corporate and non-profit coordinators and directors. That's why we offer a workshop for non-profits to help increase their effectiveness when working with the corporate volunteer. This four-hour workshop addresses:

• How to use project management tools to organize and manage community service projects
• Characteristics of the corporate volunteer
• How to encourage commitment in the corporate volunteer.
