Wins ISPI Award of Excellence

BEI Consulting has been honored by its peers through the
International Society for performance Improvement.
BEI and its client, the State Employees Credit
Union, received an international Award of Excellence in the Human Performance
Intervention category for their work on the design, development, and
launch of an Assessment Center entitled “Pathway to Success”.
This intervention utilizes a holistic approach to performance
improvement and career development for the frontline staff.
Besides the certification process itself, the intervention includes
a defined career path for the tellers, job descriptions for each
position tied to outcomes, core and job-specific competencies, a
compensation plan, skill and competency descriptors of expected
behavior, learning maps, development plans, and coaching.
Short-term
results indicate increased competencies and confidence on the
frontline, and positive trends for operational metrics such as
"services per household," "balances per
household," and a reduction in "balancing errors."
