Wins ISPI-Michigan Chapter Honorable Award

BEI Consulting (BEI) was honored by its peers at the annual
Awards of Excellence Banquet held by the International Society for
Performance Improvement, Michigan Chapter.
BEI and its client, the State Employees Credit
Union, received the Honorable Award in the Human Performance
Intervention Category for their work on the design, development, and
launch of an Assessment Center entitled “Pathway to Success”.
This intervention involved the development of behavioral
job descriptions, competency matrices, Learning Maps, skill and
competency driven assessments, an assessment process, and an
Assessor’s Guide. Vicky
Jarosz of BEI and Bernadette Howard-Johnson of State Employees
Credit Union led the project and submitted it for award.
