Wins ASTD Greater Detroit Chapter Outstanding System-Wide
Intervention
Fall/Winter 1997
BEI Consulting (BEI) was honored by its peers at the annual
awards banquet held by the American Society of Training and
Development Greater Detroit Chapter.
BEI
in conjunction with its partner, the Neale Group, received the
Outstanding System-Wide Intervention for their work on the Oakland
County Michigan Management & Organizational Development
Process. This intervention established a comprehensive
organizational development process for individual manager and
collective organizational development to occur by establishing a
baseline for the current state of the organization, setting goals
with metrics for both individual and organizational improvement, and
providing the means to measure successive improvements.
